摘  要:构建了教师课堂教学质量评价指标体系(学生用),用层次分析法确定出各级评价指标的客观权重,再采用灰色聚类综合分析法给出参评对象的课堂教学质量优、良、中、差等级。实例分析表明将层次分析法与灰色聚类分析法有机结合,用于教师课堂教学质量综合评价完全可行,得出的结论符合实际,该评价指标体系和所用方法有借鉴意义。The evaluation index system of Class teaching quality( for students) is constructed. The objective weight of evaluation indexes at all levels is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The gray clustering comprehensive analysis is used to give the Distinction, Merit, Pass and fail grades of Class teaching quality of the participants. The example shows that it is feasible to combine the analytic hierarchy process with the grey clustering analysis to evaluate the teachers’ teaching quality comprehensively. The conclusion is in line with the reality, and the evaluation index system and the method used are of great significance for reference.
