摘 要:目的建立基于微信微格的实时教学模式和依托于研究生教学案例库的案例式教学模式结合,精准化中医外科学研究生临床实践教学模式,并建立"客观结构化临床考试"OSCE等评价体系。方法选取2017年3月-2018年10月在山东中医药大学临床学院的中医外科学临床专业研究生120人作为研究对象。将120名学生随机平均分成2组,每组60人。其中一组为实验组,基于中医外科学案例库采用案例式教学联合微信微格法组织教学;另一组为对照组,仅采用传统教学法进行教学,比较教学效果。结果与对照组比较,实验组的考核成绩明显高于对照组,同时实验组学生在问诊要点、专科检查、外治法操作能力、自我学习能力方面有较大的提升。结论案例式教学联合微信微格法有利于达到良好的教学效果,明显提高临床医学生的技能操作能力。Objective To establish a real-time teaching model based on WeChat micro-grid and a case-based teaching model based on the graduate teaching case library,to accurately optimize the clinical practice teaching mode of TCM students,and to establish an n objective structured clinical examination'1 OSCE,etc.evaluation system.Methods From March 2018 to October 2019,120 graduate students of TCM Surgery Clinical Clinical College of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects.A total of 120 students were randomly divided into two groups of 60 people each.One group is the experimental group.The case-based teaching is combined with the WeChat micro-grid method based on the TCM Surgery Case Library.The other group is the control group.Only the traditional teaching method is used for teaching,and the teaching effect is compared.Results Compared with the control group,the test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.At the same time,the students in the experimental group had a great improvement in the points of consultation,specialist examination,external treatment ability and self-learning ability.Conclusion Case-based teaching combined with WeChat micro-grid method is conducive to achieving good teaching results and significantly improving the skills and operation ability of clinical medical students.
