摘  要:目的研究病例导入结合角色扮演法在妇产科实训教学中的应用效果,总结教学经验。方法选取保山中医药高等专科学校2016级临床专业专科2个班学生120人作为本研究对象,采取整群抽样的方法分为实验组和对照组。在妇产科实训教学中,实验组用病例导入结合角色扮演法,对照组用传统教学法。比较2组学生的学习效果,并采用调查问卷了解2组学生对2种教学模式的评价。结果实验组理论成绩、病例分析成绩、技能成绩、操作技能的理解和掌握、临床思维能力、自主学习能力、学习兴趣、团队合作意识、知识理解能力、语言表达能力、文献检索能力较对照组有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例导入结合角色扮演法在妇产科实训教学中效果显著,学生满意度高,值得进一步推广。Objective To study the application effect of case introduction combined with role-playing method in gynecology and obstetrics practical training teaching and summarize teaching experience.Methods 120 students from two classes of 2016 clinical specialty in Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into experimental group and control group by cluster sampling.In the gynecology and obstetrics training teaching,the experimental group used case introduction combined with role-playing method,while the control group used traditional teaching method.The learning effects of the two groups of students were compared,and the questionnaire was used to understand the evaluation of the two teaching modes by the two groups of students.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had obvious advantages in theory achievement,case analysis achievement,skill achievement,understanding and mastery of operation skill,clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,interest in learning,sense of teamwork,knowledge understanding ability,language expression ability and literature retrieval ability(!<0.05).Conclusion Case introduction combined with role playing method is effective in gynecology and obstetrics training teaching,and students'satisfaction is high,which is worthy of further promotion.
