摘 要:[目的]为调查和研究山西吕梁山森林地区大型野生食用菌资源的物种多样性[方法]本研究采用nrDNA-ITS片段结合形态学特征分析方法对在山西省吕梁山北部的管涔山采集到的8份红菇样本进行了鉴定[结果]显示这8份样本属于同一个分类学物种-淡味红菇Russula nauseosa。[结论]淡味红菇为山西省首次记录,夏秋季节在该地区云杉Picea sp.落叶松Larix sp.林内地上极为常见,是该地区真菌群落的优势物种之一,其担子果菌盖颜色为典型的紫红色,但近白色、紫色、浅褐色或蛋壳色等个体也较为常见。[Objective]Our research was aimed todiscover the new species of wild edible fungi.[Methods]Eight samples belonging to Russula genus which were similar in appearance were detected and collected from north regionofLvliangshan,Shanxi Province.Bothof the nrDNA-ITS data and morphological evidencewere used for the sample identification.[Results]Collected samples were determined to share 99~100%similarity in ITS region which indicated that all the eight samples belonging to the same species,and the results of BLAST analysis with NCBI database demonstrated that collected samples well matched thefeatures of R.nauseosa,and this feature was also supported by the morphological study results.[Conclusion]All collected samples are belonging to R.nauseosa which is a dominant species of Russula genuson the forest floor where rich with Piceasp and Larix sp.duringsummer and autumn in northern Lvliangshan,Shanxi province,China.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first report of R.nauseosa detected in this province and different individuals showed different cap color from whitish,pale brown to purple reddish in this area.
