摘　　要：实践创新能力是一流本科人才培养的一项重要内容。为提升林业工程类本科卓越人才的实践创新能力,并促进学生德、智、体、美、劳多方面发展,我校就林业工程类本科卓越人才的创新能力培养模式进行改革和实践:全面开展大学生创新训练项目和专业技能综合实训;建立创新学分制度;开设创新创业课程和创新创业训练营;举办以创新为主题的学科竞赛;实行本科生导师制;开展林业工程一流学科德育工作。上述改革实践使林业工程类本科生具有良好的理论积累、实践积累、经验积累,在实践创新能力上得到大幅度提高。The ability of practice and innovation is very important to f irst-class undergraduate talent.In order to improve the ability of practice and innovation of outstanding Forestry-Engineering undergraduates and strengthen their comprehensive qualities,some measures are put for ward and practiced such as undergraduates innovation training programs,comprehensive training of professional skills,credit system for innovation,innovative courses and camps,competition on innovation design,undergraduate tutor system,and moral education of undergraduate.These measures and practices not only improve effectively the ability of practice and innovation of our undergraduates but also their experiences on theoretical knowledge and innovation practice.
