摘  要:随着国家对于职业教育信息化设计越来越重视,信息技术的不可替代性也日益凸显。论文通过对高职院校教师的信息化水平、学生的基础差异和学习情况进行调查、分析,提出运用信息化教学手段促进学生个性化学习的理念和思想,以及具体实施措施和条件,经过课堂验证,对方案进行完善,有利于课程改革的深化,从而提高职业教育的理念和教学质量。With more and more attention paid to the informationization design of vocational education,the irreplaceability of information technology has become increasingly prominent.By investigating and analyzing the teachers'informationization level,students'basic differences and learning situation in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the idea and thought of using informationization teachingmeans to promote students'individualized learning,as well as concrete implementation measures and conditions.Through classroom verification,the improvement of the scheme is conducive to the deepening of curriculum reform,thereby improving the concept of vocational education and teaching quality.
