摘 要:本文主要针对AMT车辆在起步过程中遇到的离合器控制问题进行研究。运用Lagrange方程对离合器结合过程进行动态数学建模,采取最优控制算法,提出离合器最优控制策略。基于MATLAB软件进行仿真计算,验证其制定策略的合理性。通过仿真比较可以得出,运用最优控制算法得出的离合器控制策略可以在保证离合器在合理换挡冲击度的前提下,有效地减少离合器结合时产生的滑磨功。This paper mainly studies the clutch control problem in the refitting process of an old track vehicle.The Lagrange equation is used for mathematical modeling of the clutch combination process,and the optimal control algorithm is adopted to propose the optimal control strategy for the clutch.It carries out simulation calculation based on MATLAB software to verify the rationality of its strategy formulation.Through simulation comparison,it can be concluded that the clutch control strategy based on the optimal control algorithm can effectively reduce the slipping wear work generated when the clutch is combined on the premise of ensuring the proper gear shifting impact degree.
