摘 要:在教育改革深入推进的当下,教育需要在实践和理论上理性继承、深刻反思,然后才能有所创造。在"‘后名校’时代",更需要继承教育传统,尊重教育节奏和学生成长规律;在"教育转型期",更需要反思教育实践,以孩子为出发点开展教育;"新师范教育"更需要创造,将专业学习和师范课程结合,将理论学习和"临床"实践结合,将技能训练和精神培育结合,实施"临床式的师范生培养模式"。With the deepening of current education reform,education needs rational inheritance and profound reflection in practice and theory,and then it can be more creative than before.In the era of postfamous schools,we should better inherit the tradition of education and respect educational rhythms and the rules of students’growth.In the period of educational transformation,we should better refl ect on educational practice and take children as the starting point of education.Meanwhile,new normal education needs better creation and we can combine professional learning with normal courses,theoretical learning with clinical practice,and skill training with spiritual cultivation,to implement the clinical mode for fostering student teachers.
