摘 要:在“互联网+”的大时代背景下,“互联网+”跨界融合的特质必将催生一批新产业、新业态、新商业模式,产生一系列新的用人需求。中国制造对于技术技能型人才的强烈需求,已经促使高等职业教育进入新常态。新常态下的高职教育,必须整体性地解决一个核心问题,就是实现职业教育的跨界整合。而职业教育的跨界整合的关键与核心就是专业课堂的跨界合作问题。通过对目前高职专业“跨界合作”现状和问题分析研究,采用“双师双生”的项目式教学实践来构建高职专业“跨界合作”教学模式,对新常态下高职学生的培养提出建设性的方案,为推动和完善我国高职教育课程综合化改革提供理论依据,对丰富课程改革思路具有较强的研究价值。In recent years,the top-level design of vocational education and higher vocational education has been published frequently at the national level.People have great expectations for higher vocational education.Especially in the era of“Internet plus”,the characteristics of“Internet+”cross-border integration will inevitably lead to a new batch of new industries,new formats and new business models,and produce a series of new employment needs.The strong demand of manufacturing in China for skilled talents has made higher vocational education enter a new normal.Under the new normal,higher vocational education must solve a core problem as a whole,which is to realize the cross-border integration of vocational education.The key and core of cross-border integration of vocational education is the cross-border cooperation of professional classroom.Through the analysis and Research on the current situation and problems of“cross-border cooperation”in higher vocational education,the project-based teaching practice of“two teachers and two students”is adopted to construct the teaching mode of“cross-border cooperation”in higher vocational education,and the constructive scheme is put forward for the cultivation of higher vocational students under the new normal,which provides theoretical basis for promoting and improving the comprehensive reform of higher vocational education curriculum in China,and have a strong research value for enriching the curriculum reform ideas.
