摘 要:目的讨论仿头模型结合翻转课堂用于口腔实验教学的教学效果。方法将牡丹江医学院2016级口腔医学专业1班30名学生纳入对照组,采用传统教学方实验教学,实验组为2016级口腔医学专业2班30名在校生,将翻转课堂与仿头模用于实验组进行口腔实验教学,对比两组效果。结果实验组学生无论是实践操作还是理论测试均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对新教学法认可率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用翻转课堂与仿头模实验教学,比传统教学方法更能使口腔医学生掌握临床技能,加速从理论到临床实践操作转变的速度。仿头模的实验教学方法对日后的实验课教学具有重要的推广意义。Objective To discuss the teaching effect of the stylized model combined with the flipping classroom for oral experiment teaching.Methods A total of 30 students from the 2016 grade class 1 of Stomatology Department of Mudanjiang Medical College were included in the control group.The traditional teaching method was used for the experimental teaching.The experimental group was a of 30 students in the 2016 grad class 2 of stomatology,and the students were used in the class and the model.The experimental group conducted oral experiment teaching and compared the effects of the two groups.Results The experimental group was higher than the control group in both practice and theoretical tests,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition rate of the new teaching method in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipping classroom and simulated head model experiment can make oral medicine students master clinical skills and speed up the transition from theory to clinical practice.Therefore,the experimental teaching method of the imitation head model has important promotion significance for the future experimental teaching.
