高职思想政治教育融入人文关怀的路径探析

摘　　要：高职院校在开展思想政治教育过程中有效融入人文关怀,是“以生为本”的现代教育理念的内在要求,归根结底是要唤醒学生自我成长、自我完善的发展主体性,实现立德树人的教育目标。在具体工作路径上,思想政治教育工作者要切实进行教育思想转型,坚持“以生为本”的育人理念,加强对学生的心理疏导和精神关怀,融合推进校内外各种文化载体建设,建立人文主义评价机制,以定性、定量相结合的方式助推学生的个体成长。Effectively integrating humanistic care in the process of carrying out ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges helps students to develop good quality and achieve healthy and comprehensive development of students physical and mental health.This article conducts an in-depth study on the ways in which ideological and political education can effectively integrate humanistic care,in the hope of effectively improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and achieving better development of students.
