摘　　要：产教融合、校企合作是林业高职院校人才培养模式改革的必然方向,是其加速创新与发展的源动力,是其毫不松懈、长期坚持的既定目标。本文从产教融合、校企合作对林业高职院校的意义,现阶段存在的问题,以及长效机制突破途径等方面阐述了对此的看法认识。The integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable direction for the reform of talent training mode in forestry higher vocational colleges,it is the source of its acceleration of innovation and development,and it is the established goal of unswerving and long-term persistence.This paper expounds the views on the significance of the integration of production and education,the cooperation between schools and enterprises on the status of forestry higher vocational colleges,the problems existing at the present stage,and the ways to break through the long-term mechanism.
