摘  要:借助Prewitt算法,文章对机器所采集到的瓷砖图像进行边缘检测技术,从而更加系统、精确地鉴别出同批次瓷砖中存在的表面色差,以达到在瓷砖工业生产中实现瓷砖色差自动分拣的目的。通过图像边缘检测技术可以更加系统、准确地来分拣瓷砖中存在的色差,这样做就大大克服传统依靠人工分拣带来的缺陷,比如分拣效率低、环境影响因素大、工人操作过程中不确定性等,从而在同一时间内大大地提高了瓷砖的生产效率,并且瓷砖的质量有了很大的提高。因此,不仅推动瓷砖行业的发展,也可为其它和颜色分拣相关的行业提供借鉴。The main purpose of this research was to use Prewitt algorithm to detect the edge of ceramic tile images collected by the machine, so as to identify the surface chromatic aberration in the same batch of ceramic tiles more systematically and accurately, and to achieve the purpose of automatic sorting of ceramic tile chromatic aberration in ceramic tile industry production. Our method featured on the sorting of the chromatic aberrations in ceramic tiles more systematically and accurately by image edge detection technology, which could greatly overcome the shortcomings of traditional manual sorting, such as low sorting efficiency, large environmental impact factors, uncertainty in the process of workers operation, thus greatly improving the production efficiency of ceramic tiles at the same time. The quality of ceramic tiles had been greatly improved. Therefore, it not only promotes the development of ceramic tile industry, but also provides reference for other industries related to color sorting.
