摘  要:意识形态教育区别于思想政治教育,成人高等教育和普通高等教育在方法论上也存在本质不同。成人高等教育过程中意识形态教育由于其对社会主义劳动者、建设者的深远影响,要求教育者们充分重视,但教育开展不能僵化地套用普通高等教育的过程,不加以区别地面向对象。突破原有的教学载体,进行有效的路径创新,尤其是在内容导向上由传统课程到潜在课程的方向转变,通过新的教学工具,把握传播规律,开展持续的意识形态教育,才是对接受成人高等教育者进行有效的意识形态影响的合理路径。Ideological education is different from ideological and political education.There is also an essential difference in methodology between adult higher education and general higher education.The ideological education requires educators to pay full attention to it due to its far-reaching influence on socialist laborers and builders in the process of adult higher education.However,the process of general higher education can not be applied without distinguishing objects of education.It is a reasonable path to effectively influence the ideology of those who accept adult higher education by breaking through the original teaching carrier to carry out effective path innovation,especially by the directional transformation from traditional courses to potential courses in content orientation,and to grasp the propagation law and develop the continuous ideological education by some new teaching tools.
