摘 要:本课题重点依托并围绕自动化专业学生的专业能力培养过程展开,课程设计依照“岗位职业标准”和“人才培养质量要求”,通过与中国二重、川开电气有限公司和四川达卡电气有限公司共建,基于“1221”人才培养模式进行工作过程的课程设计:以职业道德、典型设备控制线路设计装调与检修、工艺规范以及技术文件编制、安全文明生产和环境保护、质量管理等职业素养为重点,以项目为载体,用任务训练岗位职业能力,以学习者为中心进行理论与实践一体化设计。校企合作贯穿于课程建设、实训基地建设和师资队伍建设等教学全过程。课程实施采用制造业电器装配车间管理模式,融知识技能、职业素养、就业教育为一体,课程在生产性实训基地进行,完全采用企业车间管理模式,通过近几年对这种模式探索,拟为学生充分参与教师教育教学工作全过程的良好机制,培养学生遵守规范、严谨认真的工匠精神提供借鉴。This topic focuses on and focuses on the professional ability training process of automation students.The curriculum design is based on the“Job Vocational Standards”and“Quality Requirements for Talent Cultivation”and is jointly established with China Erzhong,Chuankai Electric Co.,Ltd.and Sichuan Dhaka Electric Co.,Ltd.The course design based on the“1221”personnel training model focuses on professional ethics,the installation and overhaul of typical equipment control line design,process specifications,and technical document preparation,safe and civilized production,environmental protection,and quality management.This paper takes the project as the carrier,trains the vocational ability of the post with the task,integrates the theory and practice design with the learner as the center,breaks the traditional structure of the“undergraduate compression biscuit type”discipline system based on knowledge and technology,and have distinctive professional education characteristics.School-enterprise cooperation runs through the entire process of teaching such as curriculum construction,practical training base construction and teacher construction.The course adopts the manufacturing electrical assembly workshop management model,integrates knowledge and skills,professional literacy,and employment education.The course is conducted at a productive training base,and the enterprise workshop management model is completely adopted.Through the participation of students in workshops,sections and group management,students are trained in good professional ethics and students'ability to unite and collaborate,and students are trained to strictly implement work procedures,work norms,process documents,and safe operating procedures based on an understanding of enterprise culture and business processes.Cultivate students’high sense of responsibility for work.Through exploration of this model in recent years,we have fully integrated the work of school education and teaching,integrating students'knowledge and skills education,mo
