摘 要:实验技术队伍是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,从高校发展过程中实验技术队伍建设滞后的现状入手,分析了当前高校实验技术队伍建设中存在的问题。认为高校普遍存在对实验室队伍建设的重要性认识不高、实验队伍人数配置不够、实验技术人员职责不清、待遇偏低以及激励机制和提升规划不到位的问题。提出高校实验技术队伍建设应该从提高思想认识、优化岗位配置、明确人员职责、增加绩效收入、加强奖励机制和提升业务素质等方面着手。The experimental technical team is an important part of the talent team in universities.This paper starts with the lag of the construction of experimental technical team in the development of universities,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of experimental technical teams in universities.We believe that there is a general problem in universities that the importance of laboratory team building is not high,the number of experimental teams is not enough,the responsibilities of experimental technicians are unclear,the treatment is low,and the incentive mechanism and promotion plan are not in place.We suggested that the construction of experimental technology team in universities should start from improving ideological understanding,optimizing job allocation,clarifying personnel responsibilities,increasing performance income,strengthening reward mechanism and improving business quality.
