摘　　要：随着新型城镇化的推进,农村人口大规模向城镇聚集,目前采取的撤点并校、教师流动等政策导致教学效果难以保证、资源浪费和教师流动效果式微等一系列问题。从当下困境出发,应采取为相关学校和教师提供精准补助、构建新式社区教育以及优化教师流动政策等一系列措施,来应对城镇化过程中农村教育资源出现的问题。With the advancement of new urbanization,the rural population gathers in cities and towns on a large scale.A series of problems,such as the difficulty in guaranteeing the teaching effect,the waste of resources,the weak effect of teacher turnover,etc.,are caused by such policies as the withdrawal and merger of schools,the teacher flow,etc.Starting from the current predicament,a series of measures,including the supply of precise subsidies for relevant schools and teachers,the construction of new community education,the optimization of the teacher turnover policy,etc.,should be taken to deal with the problems of rural educational resources in the process of urbanization.
