国家职业教育改革对食品专业本科应用型人才培养的启示

摘　　要：对教育部印发的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》背景、主要内容和创新点的研究,对于提高普通本科高校应用型人才的培养质量具有重要启示和借鉴意义。普通高校应用型人才培养改革可借鉴以下做法:坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,完善食品专业应用型人才教育制度体系,构建食品专业应用型人才培养教育教学标准,实施“多元”育人与“多元”办学,建立健全应用型教育办学质量督导、评价体系与反馈改进机制,加快升级应用型人才培养体系软环境,拓宽应用型人才学历提升通道、就业渠道和职业发展空间,推动应用型人才培养办出特色和水平。Through the research on the background,main contents and innovations of the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform issued by the Ministry of Education,it is of great significance to improve the quality of applied talents training in colleges and universities.The reform of applied talents training in colleges and universities can draw lessons from the following aspects:to adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,to improve the education system for applied talents in food majors,construct teaching standards for the training of applied talents in food majors,to implement"pluralistic"education and"pluralistic"in running schools,to establish and improve the quality supervision of applied education,to evaluate the system and feedback improvement mechanisms,and to speed up the upgrading of the soft environment for the training system of applied talents,to broaden the channels for the promotion of academic qualifications,employment channels and career development space for applied talents,and to promote the training of applied talents to develop their characteristics and levels.
