摘　　要：目的:建立维E三油胶丸中α-亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为DB-WΑX(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱;柱温210℃;FID检测器;进样口温度和检测器温度为250℃;进样量1μL;分流比为10∶1。结果:α-亚麻酸甲酯在0.308 0~7.699 mg/mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),γ-亚麻酸甲酯在0.049 71~1.243 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1);α-亚麻酸回收率为99.44%(n=9,RSD=1.9%),γ-亚麻酸回收率为99.14%(n=9,RSD=2.0%)。结论:建立的方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于维E三油胶丸中α-亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸的定量测定。Objective To establish a method to determine theα-Linolenic acid andγ-Linolenic acid in Vitmain E and Three Oils Soft Capsules.Method GC method was used,column was DB-WΑX(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),column temperature 210℃;FID detector;inlet temperature and detector temperature 250℃;volume of injection was 1μL;and the shunt ratio 10∶1.Results Good linearity was shown forα-Linolenic acid in the concentration range of 0.308 0~7.699 mg/mL(R=1),Good linearity was shown forγ-Linolenic acid in the concentration range of 0.049 71~1.243 mg/mL(R=1),α-Linolenic acid recovery rate was 99.44%(n=9,RSD=1.9%),γ-Linoleniccacid recovery rate was 99.14%(n=9,RSD=2.0%).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used for Determination ofα-Linolenic acid andγ-Linolenic acid in Vitmain E and Three Oils Soft Capsules.
