摘　　要：随着国家经济转型的进行,培育具有工匠精神的高技术型人才变得必不可少。现代学徒制指的是将传统的学徒制度和现代的高等职业教育制度相结合,形成一种更适应于现代化发展的新制度。现代学徒制度不仅注重学生的理论和技能教育,更注重学生的职业素质培训。将工匠精神融入现代学徒制能够更高效的培养高素质技能人才,顺应了时代发展的需要和人才市场的需求。高职院校应该积极探索、积极实践把工匠精神融入到现代学徒制,为中国由只制造大国转变为制造强国提供了强有力的条件。With the development of national economic transformation, it is essential to cultivate high-tech talents with craftsman spirit. Modern apprenticeship system refers to the combination of traditional apprenticeship system and modern higher vocational education system to form a new system more suitable for the development of modernization.Modern apprenticeship system not only pays attention to students’ theory and skill education, but also pays more attention to students’ vocational quality training. The integration of artisan spirit into modern apprenticeship system can more effectively cultivate high-quality skilled personnel, which conforms to the needs of The Times and the needs of the talent market. Vocational colleges should actively explore and practice the spirit of craftsman into modern apprenticeship system, which provides strong conditions for China to transform from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power.
