摘 要:秦山核电二期及方家山核电6台机组的PX泵房大修期间需对格栅除污机下方水室进行清淤处理,清淤过程中需用水泵将水室中的淤泥和残水抽出。把核电站PX泵房提升设备伸缩臂作为研究对象,目标参数设定为悬臂梁体积和质量,利用ANSYS Workbench进行参数化设计及求解,在总应力和总位移都有盈余的情况下,以悬臂梁截面尺寸的厚度作为设计变量进行尺寸优化,从而达到设计的要求。During the overhaul of the PX pump house of Qinshan Phase II and Fangjiashan 6 units,the water chamber under the grille decontaminator needs to be cleaned up,and the sludge and residual water in the water chamber need to be pumped out by the water pump during the process of cleanup.In this paper,the telescopic arm of PX pumping house lifting equipment in nuclear power plant is taken as the research object.The target parameters are set as the volume and mass of cantilever beam.The parametric design and solution are carried out by ANSYS Workbench.Under the condition of surplus of total stress and total displacement,the dimension of cantilever beam cross-section is optimized as the design variable to meet the design requirements.
