摘 要:以27种蔬菜为研究对象,建立一种测定27种蔬菜中甲基异柳磷残留量的气相色谱法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,无水硫酸干燥后,供气相色谱分析。使用毛细管色谱柱DB-1701 (30 m×320μm×0.25μm)分离,火焰光度检测器(FPD)测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。由结果可知,该方法甲基异柳磷在浓度范围0.020~0.2μg·m L-1峰面积成良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.998 2;甲基异柳磷加标回收浓度0.20, 0.80和2.0μg/m L,平均加标回收率为92.3%~98.3%;以3倍信噪比计算检出限为0.002 8 mg·kg-1;相对标准偏差(N=3)(RSD)为0.87%~1.77%。该方法分析时间短、准确、可靠,抗干扰性好,可为蔬菜中甲基异柳磷的检测提高效率、节约成本提供了一定的帮助。A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of methyl isophosphate residues in 27 kinds of vegetables. The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate, dried by anhydrous sulfuric acid, and analyzed by gas chromatography. A capillary column DB-1701(30 m×320 μm×0. 25 μm) was used for separation, flame photometric detector(FPD) for determination, retention time for qualitative determination and external standard method for quantitative determination. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area of mL-1 in the concentration range of 0.20, 0.80, and 2.0 μg·mL-1. The correlation coefficient was 0.998 2. The recovery concentration of methyl isophosphate was 0.020-0.2 μg, the average recovery was 92.3%-98.3%, and the detection limit was 0.002 8 mg·kg-1. The relative standard deviation(N=3)(RSD) was 0.87%-1.77%. The method has the advantages of short analysis time, accuracy, reliability and good anti interference. It can be used to improve the efficiency and save the cost for the determination of methyl isophosphate in vegetables.
