摘 要:我国已广泛开展全科医师规范化培训,但目前仍处于初期探索阶段。全科医师的质量是实现"健康中国战略"的关键一步。全科医学师资直接参与培养年轻全科医师,其自身的综合素质直接影响未来全科医师的质量。本研究基于文献查阅及临床教学实践的总结,从不同的视角观察全科医师规范化培训,从全科学员的思想教育、政策宣传、培训内容、培训方式、师资要求及未来全科医师的职业前景等多方面进行分析,总结全科医师规范化培训过程中存在的问题。在学习国内外先进的全科医师培训经验基础上,思考解决现存问题的可行性方法,探索改善基层全科医学师资的教学质量,吸引更多优质医学生参与全科医师规范化培训,以期全面提升我国全科医师培训质量。Standardized training of general practitioners has been widely carried out in China, but it is still in the initial exploration stage. The good quality of general practitioners is key to achieving the "healthy China strategy". General practitioners as teachers directly participate in the guidance and training of young general practitioners, their knowledge and skill would directly affect the quality of future general practitioners.This article searched the literature and practice experience of GP training, including perspectives on GP standardized training, GP students ideological education, policy propaganda, training contents, training methods, teachers’ requirements and career expectation, and summarized the challenges during GP training. Based on GP education experience of both China and western countries, we try to find available approaches to improve teaching skills of teachers in primary care system, appeal more students attend GP courses, improve the training qualities of general practitioners in China comprehensively.
