摘  要:随着STEM教育运动在世界各国的兴起与盛行,STEM教师培养成为关键。我国目前尚未构建形成职前STEM教师培养体系,美、英、德三国的STEM教育相较于我国推行的更早也更加成熟,该研究通过从法律政策、实施策略、培养课程以及认证体系的视角出发,研究分析美、英、德三国职前STEM教师培养体系的现状,以期起为我国之前STEM教师的专业培养提供一定的参考。With the rise and prevalence of STEM education in all countries of the world,STEM teacher training has become a key factor.China has not yet established a pre-service STEM teacher training system.The STEM education in the United States,Britain and Germany is more mature than that in China.This study adopts the perspectives of legal policy,implementation strategy,training curriculum and certification system.Starting from the analysis of the status quo of pre-service STEM teacher training system in the United States,Britain and Germany,in order to provide a certain reference for the professional training of STEM teachers in China.
