摘　　要：近年来,国家大力发展职业教育,扩招力度不断加大,高职院校毕业人数不断增加,大学生面临严峻的就业形势。少数民族学生是高职院校里一支特殊的就业群体,其就业问题深受关注。该文着重对高职院校少数民族学生的就业困境、就业困境成因进行分析,并从个人、学校、国家三个层面有针对性地提出解决高职院校少数民族学生就业困境的具体对策。In recent years,the state has vigorously developed vocational education,the expansion of enrollment has been increasing,the number of graduates of higher vocational colleges has been increasing,and college students are facing a severe employment situation.Ethnic minority students are a special employment group in Higher Vocational colleges,and their employment problem has received much attention.This paper focuses on the employment dilemma of minority students in Higher Vocational Colleges and the causes of employment dilemma,and puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the employment dilemma of minority students in Higher Vocational Colleges from the three levels of individuals,schools and the state.
