高职百万扩招背景下的下岗职工学历再教育

摘　　要：高职百万扩招是中央政府工作报告中应对“短管齐下稳定和扩大就业”的重要措施之一。下岗职工兼具年轻化、低学历化、低技能化等就业约束性特征,进入高职院校深造是其学历再教育的新通道。下岗职工进入高职院校进行“学历+技能”的双提升,需要高职院校在招生、教学、管理、就业等方面进行深化改革,创新探索新的实践路径。The“Expanding Enrollment by One Million”in higher vocational colleges is one of the most important measures in the work report of the central government to“stabilize and expand employment in a short-term way”.The laid-off workers are young,less educated and less skilled.Entering higher vocational colleges is a new channel for their reeducation of academic qualifications.For guaranteeing the laid-off workers to enter higher vocational colleges to enhance their academic qualifications and skills,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to deepen reform in enrollment,teaching,management,employment,etc.,and innovate new practical paths.
