摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)快速测定果汁饮料中橙汁含量。测定橙汁中类黄酮成分之一新橙皮苷,得到新橙皮苷峰面积。以纯橙汁色谱图中新橙皮苷峰为定量标准峰,配制不同浓度新橙皮苷基准物,以峰面积和浓度建立标准曲线。配制不同橙汁含量的果汁,测定果汁中新橙皮苷含量并计算橙汁含量。该方法结果回收率为98.52%~102.04%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.69%~3.08%,相对误差在0.67%~3.66%,精密度和准确度满足橙汁含量分析。The content of orange juice in fruit juice beverage was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The peak area of new hesperidin,was determined by determination of one of flavonoids in Orangejuice.Quantitative standard peak of new hesperidin in pure orange juice chromatogram.The reference substances of new hesperidin with different concentrations were prepared and the standard curve was established by peak area and concentration.The content of new hesperidin in orange juice was determined and the content of orange juice was calculated.The method was simpler and faster than the national standard method.The recovery rate was 98.52%-102.04%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.69%-3.08%.The relative error was 0.67%-3.66%.The precision and accuracy of the method meet the requirements of orange juice content analysis.
