摘　　要：公共艺术对历史文化世界的观照与诠释,对城市品格和精神的彰显,不是简单的视觉再现,而是通过借用与移植、再造与重塑、保存与转换等方式,对历史文化与城市风情的一种创造性重构和转换。The public art's reflection of the world is not simply a visual representation of the city's character,but a creative interpretation of the history,cultures and urban spirit of the city through transplantation,reconstruction,and preservation.
