摘　　要：该文以康奈尔大学为例,详述了美国研究型大学实验室建设与人员组成,负责人的责任与安全机制,实验室的安全与卫生管理、试剂和耗材的管理、设备管理、科研管理、课题如何组织运作等6个方面,旨在于通过借鉴美国康奈尔大学在实验室安全管理与运营的先进经验,增强我国高校管理者及广大师生实验室安全观念,促进我国高校实验室安全与健康硬件设施建设,提高实验室安全与健康管理水平和高效运营。This article takes Cornell University as an example,details for 6 aspects,the laboratory construction and personnel composition,responsible person's responsibility and safety mechanism,laboratory safety and health management,reagent and consumables management,equipment management,scientific research management.The proposal aims at using the advanced experience of U.S.in laboratory safety management and operation procedures taking Cornell University as references,enhancing the safety consciousness of college administrators and staff about laboratory safety and health,boosting the laboratory safety and equipment construction,and improving management level and high efficiency operation in China's colleges and universities.
