摘　　要：文章首先比较了中欧食物权及相关立法的异同。然后从立法背景、法律体系构建、监管机构、安全责任等方面分析了中欧食品安全法律体系和安全责任的差异,寻找我国存在的不足。最后提出了完善我国食品安全法律体系和安全责任体系的对策和建议。This paper compares the similarities and differences of the right to food and relative legislations between China and Europe firstly.And then analyze the differences of food safety legal system and safety responsibility between China and Europe from the aspects of legislative background,legal system construction,regulatory agencies and safety responsibility in order to find out the shortcomings of our country.Finally,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the legal system of food safety and the system of safety responsibility in China.
