摘 要:为提高我国转基因食品安全问题监管效率,该研究针对我国转基因食品安全问题进行分析,从转基因食品潜在威胁、食品安全、生态环境等方面进行分析,结合转基因食品安全特性进行总结性研究。针对我国转基因食品法律监管机制进行分析,结合国外转基因食品安全法律规制现状对我国现有问题进行分析。结合我国转基因食品法律监管问题分析根本原因,制定针对性策略作为参考意见,便于提升我国转基因食品安全监管效率,提高安全监管资源有效利用。In order to improve the supervision efficiency of genetically modified food safety in China,this study analyzes the problems of genetically modified food safety in China,including the potential threat of genetically modified food,food safety,ecological environment and other aspects,combined with the characteristics of genetically modified food safety.Based on the analysis of the legal supervision mechanism of genetically modified food in China and the current situation of the legal regulations of genetically modified food in foreign countries,the existing problems in China are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the root causes of the legal supervision of genetically modified food in China,this paper formulates targeted strategies as references for improving the supervision efficiency of genetically modified food safety in China and improving the effective use of safety supervision resources.
