摘  要:现代教育技术已日益成为信息时代教师职业必备的专业和能力。就此,本研究运用问卷法、访谈法、观察法和比较法,选取了黔东南城乡四所幼儿园的幼儿教师作为研究对象,对其教育技术能力进行调查与研究。调查发现了黔东南城乡幼儿教师的教育技术能力差异及存在的问题,针对幼儿教师教育技术能力所存在的问题,分别从政府、幼儿园、幼儿教师层面提出了相应的对策与建议。Modern educational technology has increasingly become a necessary profession and ability of teachers in the information age.In this regard,this study used questionnaire,interview,observation and comparison methods and selected preschool teachers from four kindergartens in southeastern Guizhou as research objects to investigate and study their educational technology ability.The survey found that there were differences and problems in the educational technology ability between urban and rural preschool teachers in southeastern Guizhou.Some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of the government,kindergartens and kindergarten teachers.
