摘 要:目的探讨病例教学法在足踝外科疾病诊断教学中的应用效果。方法选取本科室接收的68名实习生为研究对象,随机分为两组,各34名。分别采用传统教学法(设为LBL组)和病例教学法(设为CBL组)授课,比较其应用效果。结果 CBL组学生成绩≥80分者占比明显高于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),临床技能考核总分高于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。CBL组学生对CBL教学模式的认可度高于LBL组学生对LBL教学模式的认可度,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在足踝外科疾病诊断教学中引入病例教学法能提高学生的学习成绩、临床技能和对教学方法的认可度。Objective To explore the application value of case teaching method in diagnosis teaching of foot and ankle surgical diseases. Methods 68 interns accepted by the department as research subjects were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 34 in each group. The LBL group was used traditional group and the CBL group was used case based learning, and the application effect was compared. Results The proportion of students in the CBL group who scored more than 80 points was significantly higher than that in the LBL group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total score of clinical skills assessment was higher than that in the LBL group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The recognition of CBL teaching mode among students in the CBL group was higher than that among students in the LBL group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Introducing case method into the teaching of diagnosis of foot and ankle surgery can improve students’ academic performance, clinical skills and recognition of teaching methods.
