摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟教学在内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法随机抽取苏州大学附属第三医院住院医师规范化培训内科基地中的82名住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为对传统教学组、情景模拟教学组;教学过程结束后通过理论考试以及问卷调查进行教学质量评估。结果情景模拟教学组的住院医师对相关理论知识的掌握程度优于传统教学组,对教学过程的满意度较高。结论情景模拟教学是一种有效的提升内科住院医师临床诊疗能力的教学方法,开设符合学员水平的相关情景模拟课程能切实提高内科住院医师规培的内涵质量。Objective To investigate the effect of the application of scenario based simulation education in standardized training for internal medicine residents. Methods 82 internal medicine residents in the standardized training base were randomly selected and assigned to the scenario based simulation teaching group and the traditional teaching group. After the end of the teaching, the residents accomplished the test assessment and questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups. Results The master degree of related knowledge and satisfaction in the residents of the scenario based simulation teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group. Conclusion The scenario based simulation education can effectively improve the clinical technology of internal medicine residents. The construction of relevant curriculum for different levels of residents could increase the connotation and quality of standardized residency training program.
