摘  要:目的研究不同产地猪鬃草挥发性化学成分的异同。方法采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对不同产地猪鬃草全草的挥发性化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果不同产地猪鬃草挥发性成分提取条件经优化后,鉴定了10个产地猪鬃草挥发性成分。化合物类型主要包括醛类、萜类、酸类、醇类和酮类,其中壬醛为10个产地所共有,通过查找文献得知壬醛为猪鬃草挥发油的主要香气成分。在10个产地中猪鬃草挥发性相同的化学成分均在同一个保留时间内被测出,但每个产地中相同保留时间的相同化合物所占的百分含量有明显的差异。结论通过对比不同产地中猪鬃草挥发性化学成分及含量的异同,可为药材产地的鉴别、资源评价与合理应用提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the volatile oil from different habitats and compare their differences.METHODS The chemical constituents of volatile oil in the whole grass of Adiantumcapillus-veneris L.from different sources were analyzed and identified by using the technology of headspace solid-phase micro-extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.RESULTS Extraction conditions of volatile components from different producing areas of Adiantumcapillus-veneris L.were optimized.Identification of volatile components of the manes in 10 locations.The main types of compounds include aldehyde,terpenoids,acids,alcohols and ketones.However,the percentage of the same compound with the same retention time in each region varied significantly.CONCLUSION By comparing the chemical constituents and content of volatile oil in different producing areas,it can provide scientific basis for identification,resource evaluation and rational application of crude drugs.
