Application of Continuation Task to Improve English Writing in Flipped Class——Corpus-based EFL Students’ CIA Research

摘　　要：This research tries to employ the method of continuation task of L2-English writing in flipped class.It will combine reading with writing,build creative use of language on imitation and enables learners to immediately use what are learned,which will integrate language production with language comprehension and enhance use of learned L2 forms.This continuation task of L2-English writing method tries to work out how L2 learning is motivated more by tasks with contents created by others than by learners'own needs to use the target language and to what extent L2 learners’interlanguage is aligned with the input text in a story continuation task of L2-English writing and how to develop the native-like patterns through explicit instruction and implicit learning.This research tries to employ the method of continuation task of L2-English writing in flipped class.It will combine read ing with writing,build creative use of language on imitation and enables learners to immediately use what are learned,which will in tegrate language production with language comprehension and enhance use of learned L2 forms.This continuation task of L2-English writing method tries to work out how L2 learning is motivated more by tasks with contents created by others than by learn ers’ own needs to use the target language and to what extent L2 learners’ interlanguage is aligned with the input text in a story con tinuation task of L2-English writing and how to develop the native-like patterns through explicit instruction and implicit learning.
