摘  要:化学是一门实践性很强的学科,文科化学实验是理论教学不可缺少的重要组成部分。该文为了通过实验培养文科学生的学习兴趣,提高实验教学质量和学生动手能力,采用化学在生活、环境、健康、日用品等各个领域的应用实例和趣味化学实验,共5种实验模块类型。教师首先演示实验操作过程,同时讲解实验原理,然后让每个学生独立完成实验。演示实验教学效果表明,文科学生通过这些实验训练,掌握了化学实验的基本操作技能,能够正确地使用一些常用仪器设备观察实验现象、测量、记录和处理实验数据、表达实验结果。实践证明该演示实验教学优于其他实验教学。Chemistry is a very practical subject,and liberal arts chemistry experiments are an indispensable part of theoretical teaching. In order to cultivate the interest of liberal arts students through experiments,improve the quality of experimental teaching and students’ practical ability,this paper uses five examples of experimental modules and interesting chemical experiments in various fields such as life,environment,health and daily necessities. The teacher first demonstrates the experimental operation process,explains the experimental principle,and then lets each student complete the experiment independently. The demonstration experiment teaching results show that the liberal arts students have mastered the basic operational skills of chemical experiments through these experimental trainings,and can correctly use some common instruments and equipment to observe experimental phenomena,measure,record and process experimental data,and express experimental results. Practice has proved that the demonstration experiment teaching is better than other experimental teaching.
