摘 要:乡村幼儿教师频繁地单向流动是当前学前教育事业发展中亟须解决的关键问题。本文借鉴社会角色理论,寻"因"得"果"。幼儿教师单向流动的主要原因如下:一是多重角色冲突给幼儿教师带来的疲惫感加剧;二是现代管理制度下过度苛刻的角色要求引发幼儿教师情感缺失;三是家长与社会畸形的角色期望导致幼儿教师信念迷失。本文从三个方面提出改进措施:提高角色地位,让幼儿教师过上体面的物质生活;深化角色互动,让幼儿教师过上幸福的专业生活;增强角色认同,让幼儿教师过上丰富的精神生活。只有尊重乡村幼儿教师,让幼儿教师过上美好的生活,学前教育事业才会发展得更好。The frequent one-way flow of rural preschool teachers is a key problem that needs to be paid attention to in the development of preschool education.This paper draws lessons from the theory of social role,looking for"cause"and"result".The main reasons for the one-way flow of preschool teachers are as follows:one is the aggravation of fatigue caused by multiple role conflicts;the other is the emotional lack caused by the overly demanding role requirements under the modern management system;and the third is the loss of ideas caused by the expectations of abnormal roles between parents and society.This paper puts forward some improvement measures from three aspects:improve their role status,let kindergarten teachers lead a decent material life;deepen role interaction,let kindergarten teachers lead a happy professional life;strengthen role identity,let preschool teachers lead a rich spiritual life.Only by respecting rural preschool teachers and letting preschool teachers lead a better life can preschool education develop better.
