摘  要:随着新工科理念的提出,人才培养更注重于学生创新思维和工程能力的培养。针对自动化专业电力传动相关课程的知识交叉性和实践性强等特点,寻找更适合于培养学生工程创新能力的教学改革方法势在必行。本文提出创新类实验教学、项目驱使类教学以及创新研修课等改革措施,旨在通过实际工程案例教学,提高学生学习兴趣,加强学生自主学习和自主创新能力,培养适应于自动化专业发展的创新型人才。With the introduction of the new engineering concept,the cultivation of students'innovative thinking and engineering ability is more important in talent development.In view of the cross-knowledge and practical characteristics of the automation professional electric drive related courses,it is imperative to find a teaching reform method that is more suitable for cultivating students'engineering innovation ability.This paper proposes innovative measures such as innovative experimental teaching,project-driven teaching and innovative training courses.It aims to improve students'interest in learning through practical engineering case teaching,strengthen students'independent learning and independent innovation ability,and cultivate in?novative talents adapted to the development of automation profession.
