摘 要:随着我国经济的高速发展,空气质量问题引起了社会各界的广泛关注。为空气定价可以帮助政府更好地评估空气治理政策经济效益,也可以为政府公共环境治理提供新思路。本文通过“特征价格法”利用合肥市房地产的有关数据,通过分析空气质量对住房价格的影响,对估计区域空气质量价格进行研究。研究发现:根据合肥市民对于改善一单位的空气质量污染指数的边际支付意愿,为合肥市的空气定价为每平方米88.83元。通过对数据进行分位数回归发现,随着房价的升高,购房者对空气质量改善的边际支付意愿不断上升,在60%的分位点达到最高,说明与低价房购买者相比,高价房购买者更加在意住所的空气质量状况,愿意为空气质量状况的改善支付更多的费用。With the rapid development of China's economy,air quality problems have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Frequent warnings of air pollution incidents require timely measures to address environmental issues.Pricing for air can help the government better assess the economic benefits of air governance policies,and it can also provide new ideas for the financing channels of government public environmental governance.This paper uses the"characteristic price method"to use the relevant data of Hefei real estate to study the estimated regional air quality price.The study found that according to the average level of Hefei citizens to improve the marginal willingness to pay for a unit of air quality pollution index,the air price for Hefei City is 88.83 yuan/square meter.Through the quantile regression of the data,it is found that with the increase in house prices,the marginal willingness to pay for the improvement of air quality by buyers is rising,reaching the highest at 60%of the points,indicating that compared with the buyers of low-priced houses,Buyers of high-priced houses are more concerned about the air quality of their homes and are willing to pay more for the improvement of air quality conditions.
