摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,从数量、质量和创新创业能力诉求等方面都对国贸专业人才提出了更高的要求,高校国贸专业国际化人才培养也面临人才培养模式缺乏针对性、人才培养环节重理论轻实践和人才培养过程中缺乏创新能力等问题。为了更好地适应我国外向型经济发展对国贸专业国际化人才日益增长的需求,高校国贸专业国际化人才培养应从以下几方面努力:教学内容设置要兼具特色和针对性,重视国贸人才实践能力的培养,创新教育教学方式方法。With the further development of“The Belt and Road”initiative,higher requirements are made for pro-fessionals in world trade specialty in terms of quantity,quality and innovation-entrepreneurship capabilities.The train-ing of internationalized professionals in world trade specialty in universities is also faced with such problems as lack of pertinence in personnel training mode,focus on theory while neglect of practice in personnel training link,and lack of innovative ability in the process of personnel training.In order to meet the increasing demand for internationalized pro-fessionals in world trade specialty in China's export-oriented economic development,we should set up the teaching content with both characteristics and pertinence in the training of internationalized professionals in world trade spe-cialty,and attach importance to the cultivation of their practical ability and innovate the teaching methods.
