摘　　要：随着时间的推移和时代的不断改革创新,我国的社会经济得到了空前的发展,知识产权所表现出来的作用开始越来越明显,所谓知识产权,是指人们就其智力劳动成果所依法享有的专有权利,通常是国家赋予创造者对其智力成果在一定时期内享有的专有权或独占权。高等学校是科技创新的重要主体,知识产权管理是高等学校创新管理的基础,其管理水平直接影响着知识产权运用的质量和效果,也是高校科技成果转化的重要环节,尤其是高职高专院校,急需制定并实施符合实际的知识产权管理体系,激发学校创新活力,增强创新能力。所以,该文针对创新驱动新常态下高职院校知识产权管理现状和服务模式进行研究和分析,提升高职院校的科技创新能力,促进科技创新成果的价值实现。With the passage of time and the constant reform and innovation of the times,China’s social economy has achieved unprecedented development.Under this development trend,the role played by intellectual property rights has become more and more obvious.It refers to the exclusive rights of exclusive rights to their intellectual work.Usually,the state gives the creator exclusive rights to their intellectual achievements for a certain period of time.?Higher education is an important subject of scientific and technological innovation.Intellectual property management is the basis of innovation management in higher education institutions.Its management level directly affects the quality and effect of intellectual property utilization,and it is also an important link in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.In particular,higher vocational colleges and universities urgently need to formulate and implement a practical intellectual property management system to stimulate the innovation vitality of schools and enhance their innovation capabilities.So in this paper,we will study and analyze the intellectual property management system and innovative service model of higher vocational colleges under the new normalization of innovation,which is beneficial to the improvement of the technological innovation ability of higher vocational colleges.
