摘  要:依法治国战略实施以来,我国法学教育逐步走向现代化与信息化,在卓越法律人才教育培养计划引导下,我国法学教师角色与素质结构也发生了明显变化。新时期下的卓越法律人才教育培养计划,将学生实践性职业素养与技能培育摆在法学人才的培育首位,以此推动我国法学教育体系的改革。法学教育体系改革离不开师资队伍的支持,教师也要随着法学课程体系以及人才培养的改革,及时调整法学教师角色与素质结构,以提升教师自身能力为前提,加强我国法学教师实践教学能力,促使法律教育在理论与实践层面完成变革。Since the implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law,China's legal education has gradually moved towards modernization and informatization,under the guidance of the excellent legal talent education and training program,the role and quality structure of legal teachers in China have also undergone significant changes.In the new era,the excellent legal talent education and training program puts students'practical professional quality and skills cultivation in the first place in the cultivation of legal talents,so as to promote the reform of China's legal education system.The reform of the legal education system is inseparable from the support of the teaching staff,teachers should also adjust the role and quality structure of the legal teachers in time with the reform of the legal curriculum system and the training of talents,on the premise of improving teachers'own abilities,we should strengthen the practical teaching ability of law teachers in our country,and promote the reform of law education at the theoretical and practical levels.
