摘　　要：作为决策者的认知结构,心智模式在组织与管理决策中发挥着重要作用。最近以来,国际顶级期刊连续刊发知名学者的相关研究,显示出学术界从心智模式视角探究决策问题的兴趣与日俱增。在此背景下,对组织与管理领域中的心智模式研究进行文献梳理,明晰该领域的发展脉络和方向,有助于推进心智模式研究的进展。基于此,在系统搜集并研读国内外已有研究成果的基础上,从研究主题、研究层次、前因与结果变量及作用机制等方面,对管理者心智模式研究进行了系统评述,提出了未来的研究方向。As the cognitive structure of decision makers,mental model plays an important role in management decision-making.Recent years have seen a great deal of achievements made in mental model research.Particularly,recently published studies in top international journals have shown the growing interest of management scholars in exploring decision-making from a cognitive perspective.In this context,by systematically reviewing the domestic and abroad literature(especially empirical paper),this paper clarifies the development veins and directions of this field,which is helpful for promoting the research progress.Then this paper makes an analysis on the research topics,research levels,the cause-effect variables,and the influencing mechanisms and points out the future research directions.
