摘　　要：对造成机场群航班延误和空中交通拥堵因素中的流量分配不均衡的问题进行研究,通过流量均衡分配解决机场群内航班延误和空中交通拥堵的问题。文中主要通过多目标规划的数学方法,采用规划模型来优化机场群内各成员机场的流量分配。首先对机场群多样化与统一化的特点进行分析。其次,针对机场群内的航班流量,采用目标规划法建立存在机场容量限制的空中交通均衡配流模型,对机场群内的航班流量进行协同配置与整体优化。最后,通过对机场数据的算例,证明该模型能够对机场群的流量进行合理分配、优化。The problem of unbalanced flow distribution in factors causing flight delays and air traffic congestion in airport group is studied.The problems of flight delays and air traffic congestion in an airport group are solved by means of balanced flow distribution.On the basis of the mathematical method of multi objective programming,the planning model is used to optimize the flow distribution of each member of the airport group in an airport group.The characteristics of diversity and unification of an airport group are analyzed.In allusion to the flight flow in an airport group,the model of air traffic equilibrium allocation limited by airport capacity is established by means of goal programming method,and the coordinated allocation and overall optimization are carried out for flight flow in an airport group.The calculation example of airport data proves that the model can reasonably al locate and optimize the traffic flow of an airport group.
