摘　　要：法科生职业技能培养是所有高校法学教育中不容忽视的问题,民族高校肩负着为民族地区培养实践型法律人才的重任,更应重视其法科生的职业技能培养问题。本文对民族高校法学本科生应具备的职业素质和能力进行介绍,重点阐述民族高校法学教育中法律职业技能培养的实践情况,最后对体系化建设中可能存在的问题进行反思。Vocational skills training of law students is a problem that can not be ignored in law education of all undergraduates.Ethnic universities shoulder the responsibility of training practical legal talents for minority areas,and more attention should be paid to the vocational skills training of law students.This article introduces the professional qualities and abilities of law students in ethnic universities,focuses on a case study on how to cultivate the legal professional skills in those universities,and finally reflects on the possible problems in system construction.
