摘 要:“互联网+”时代,从事微商创业成为近几年大学生创业的主要形式之一。在“双创”教育成为高校育人重要任务的今天,高校创新创业教育势必重视如何提高大学生微商的创业能力。而提高大学生微商创业能力的前提是大学生微商究竟需要具备哪些能力,因此建立大学生微商创业能力模型就显得十分必要。本研究通过共识性要素分析初步建立大学生微商创业能力的结构模型,再进行探索性因子分析进一步完善结构模型,通过验证性因子分析,表明大学生微商创业能力模型是比较理想的结构模型。In the era of“Internet plus”,engaging in Wechat business entrepreneurship has become one of the major forms of entrepreneurship for college students in recent years.Nowadays,the education of“double creation”has become an important task of college education.The education of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges is bound to pay attention to how to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students’Wechat business.The premise of improving the ability of Wechat business entrepreneurship of college students is the ability they need to have.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a model of the ability of Wechat business entrepreneurship for college students.This study preliminarily establishes the structural model of college students’Wechat business entrepreneurship through consensus factor analysis,and then further improves the structural model by exploratory factor analysis.Through confirmatory factor analysis,it shows that the model of college students’Wechat business entrepreneurship is an ideal structural model.
