摘  要:在对数控机床加工过程中的误差进行测量、分析的基础上,建立了机床几何误差模型和热误差模型,进而得到机床的综合误差模型。基于PMAC开放式数控系统对数控机床的综合误差进行补偿。以CJK6032-2数控机床为例进行了补偿实验,结果表明,在PID控制作用下,基于PMAC开放式数控系统的综合误差实时性反馈补偿使数控机床的加工精度提高了90%以上。Based on the measurement and analysis of the error in the machining process of CNC machine tools,it establishes the geometric error model and thermal error model of the machine tool,obtains the comprehensive error model of the machine tool.Based on the PMAC open CNC system it compensates the comprehensive error of the CNC machine tool.Taking CJK6032-2 numerical control machine as an example,it carries the compensation experiment.The results show that the real-time feedback compensation of integrated error based on the control of PID and PMAC open CNC system improves the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools by more than 90%.
