摘 要:发动机在环(EIL)仿真是硬件在环(HIL)仿真的一种特殊型式。论述了EIL的系统架构以及EIL仿真在国内外的研究状况。研究表明,目前,EIL仿真的精度已完全能够满足开发标定的要求。EIL仿真在混合动力重型汽车开发领域的应用越来越广泛,美国和欧盟的环保管理部门均已着手通过EIL仿真制定混合动力重型汽车排放评估测试的相关法规。Engine-in-the-loop(EIL)simulation is a specific form of hardware-in-the-loop(HIL).In this paper,the system architecture of state-of-the-art EIL simulation is reviewed in details.Research status and hotspots of EIL simulation all over the world are introduced.Results indicate that the accuracy of EIL simulation is fully able to meet the requirements of vehicle development and calibration.EIL simulation is becoming more and more widely used in the field of vehicle development especially for heavy-duty hybrid vehicle.The environmental administrative departments of the United States and the European Union have begun to develop regulations for evaluating and testing the emissions of heavy-duty hybrid vehicle by EIL simulation.
