摘  要:本文分析了某小型快速伺服压力机多连杆机构的运动过程,推导其运动学方程.通过对多连杆机构的运动学分析,设计了各杆组,并编制了用于MATLAB仿真的M函数,从而搭建了多连杆机构的参数化仿真模型.最后得到滑块位移、速度、加速度曲线,并通过研究其变化规律,对其影响因素进行探讨,得出最适曲柄长度.The kinematic process of the multi-link mechanism of some small rapid servo press has been analyzed in the text,and its kinematic equation has been deduced.Through kinematics analysis on the multi-link mechanism,each rod group has been designed,and the M-function used in MATLAB simulation has been compiled.Thus,in this way,the parametric simulation model of multi-link mechanism has been built.Finally,the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the slider have been obtained.Through the study on changing rules,the influencing factors have been discussed and the optimum crank length has been obtained.
